Irion Management Consulting GmbH (IMC) is an independent scientific and management consultancy, which specialised in the administrative, scientific and marketing support for international, co-operative RT& D projects. IMC provides, e.g., the following services:

• Setting-up of new projects
• Proposal creation and proposal management
• Acting as contact for funding bodies (e.g., serving as project manager or project co-ordinator)
• Creation and maintenance of document templates for the projects
• Creation and maintenance of web servers and mailing lists for exchanging project internal information
• Preparation and moderation of management, technical and review meetings including the creation of the corresponding minutes
• Project controlling
• Creation and implementation of quality assurance plans
• Handling document editing and review processes
• Finalisation and handling of deliverables
• Creation of project internal reports and reports for funding bodies
• Editing and updating of work plans
• Creation of project logo and project corporate identities
• Dissemination support: Installation and maintenance of public web server, creation and distribution of project flyers, (re-)presentation of the project at all kinds of events (e.g., exhibitions, conferences of the funding bodies etc.)
• Preparation of final documents for the project

Irion Management Consulting GmbH in its present legal form was founded by Dr. Joachim K. Irion and Dr. Markus Junker in Konstanz, Germany. In the past, Irion Management has successfully managed international R&D projects with combined project budgets exceeding 170 Million Euro.
