ETAS GmbH, founded in 1994 as a subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH and having its Head Office in Stuttgart, Germany, delivers a complete spectrum of engineering tools for embedded control systems in the automotive industry.
The Tool ASCET-SD provides a consistent development environment for the entire design process, from function development across real-time prototyping to automated production code generation. The consistency in the development process can further be enhanced by employing the ERCOSEK real-time operating system. Using the hardware-in-the-loop LabCar® test system, individual development steps can be tested in parallel. The final calibration and measurements on the vehicle are supported by the INCA tool and a range of measuring tools. The open architecture, modular design, and support of industrial and automotive standards allow a flexible adaptation to different development potentials and existing infrastructures.
ETAS currently has 500 employees worldwide and attained a revenue of over € 103 million in 2001.
