In the course of 2002 Dürr has bundled all products and services for automobile production into a new business unit “Final Assembly Systems (FAS)", which offers a complete range of intelligent solutions for final assembly – beginning with project planning and the supply of machines and systems up to turnkey plants – . Schenck Final Assembly Products (SFAP) is a part of the Dürr business unit FAS. SFAP has the core competence in the field of production machines for assembly (e.g. marriage stations, rear axle setting and bolting machine) and in the field of testing equipment for the “end of line” area of a automotive plant (e.g. wheel aligner, roll/brake/ABS test stand, head light setting, electronic testing).
